- Agreement To Our Terms
Welcome to Kleen Karz! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“the user”, “the customer”) and Kleen Karz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our website https://www.kleenkarz.co.uk (the “Website”) and our car detailing services (“Services”).
By accessing our Website and booking our Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. - Who Can Use Our Services
To use our Website and/or purchase our Services you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these Terms. You are prohibited from using this website if doing so is illegal in your jurisdiction. - Car Detailing Services
A – All prices are subject to the size and condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply
B – All bookings require a deposit, the amount depends on the service being booked, this will be discussed during the booking process. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
C – Our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours notice prior to booking date otherwise this will result in loss of deposit.
D – We require access to an outside water outlet for our hose pipe and a power outlet for electricity to our extension lead.
E – We require space on your driveway for our vehicle or as close as possible and we need enough space to be able to open all doors on the vehicle.
F – It is your responsibility to ensure all personal belongings and electrical items are removed from the vehicle prior to our arrival. Kleen Karz is not liable for any loss or damage to any items left inside.
G – We cover a 15-mile radius of Leicester, any bookings made outside of our boundary will incur a travel fee.
H – Any unforeseen circumstances, acts of nature, traffic delays we will contact you immediately. If we need to cancel, we will reschedule or offer a full refund of any deposits taken.
I – We require full payment immediately after job completion via Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bacs Transfer, Apple Pay or Google Pay. - Ownership of Intellectual Property
The Website and all materials (text, images, logos, videos) are the exclusive property of Kleen Karz. You agree not to copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kleen Karz shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
We assume no liability for:
A – Errors or inaccuracies in website content.
B – Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our detailing services.
C – Any unauthorized access to our secure servers. - Right to Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. - Governing Law
